What we will be exploring:
Week 1: Introduction + Preparing for the journey back to our sassy self and creating sacred space in our lives through freedom, choice, and commitment.
Week 2: Owning YOUR story. Celebrating where each womxn is and naming any fears to bring out our warrior selves. Identifying any blocks in relationships with self, others, and in each area of life. We’ll be digging into what feels soul-sucking, daunting, and discouraging. We’ll be celebrating what lights you up, fills you with confidence, and brings you joy by getting to know our goddess essence. This week will be about how to love ALL of who we are and treat ourselves like a sacred space.
Week 3: How to reconnect to our lost and scattered energy to bring it back home to ourselves so we feel more vibrant, capable, and confident. This week we will also explore how to hold our energy and direct it to create what we want in our lives as well as how to hold it when the world feels like it is crumbling around us.
Week 4: Creating space for ourselves to show up with our truest expression and how to live our life from a place of open-heartedness, compassion, and forgiveness. This week we will also explore how to be more conscious in our communication and develop intimacy with ourselves and others.
Week 5: Claiming the warrior goddess way and walking the talk… Learning to trust support systems and build healthy relationships. A lesson in living authentically and living outside perfection. A lesson on not abandoning the self. How to stay on course in the midst of chaos and come back home to ourselves as well as let go of the roles that are no longer serving our highest good.
*Each time I run this group it is different based on the stories and issues the womxn joining bring. I have run this group a handful of times and each experience is very different and customized to the womxn who show up.
We will be using Warrior Goddess Training, Warrior Goddess Way, The Toltec Path of Transformation, and Women Who Run With The Wolves as our guide books for this series. There will be suggested supplemental readings (from these books and some fairytales/myths), but there are no required reading assignments throughout this foundation course. Registration includes all art supplies, plus take-home meditation recordings.
